Job description About This Position: We are in need of an Administrative Assistant for our outpatient physical therapy office. We are looking for candidates who are skilled at multitasking and customer service, are organized and hard-working, and preferably speak both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, returning voicemails, scheduling patients, obtaining payments, and updating patients' electronic medical records.
