After a summer pause, we eagerly welcome back Wellness in the Park events with Suzanne Barker. Our fitness instructor leads us in an invigorating Stretch & Core class the 3rd Thursday of every month (as weather and light allows). This class meets in the D-18 pavilion overlooking the glorious Stiltsville sunsets. Bring a yoga mat and reusable water bottle. What could be better?
